Meet the founder
New Peak was founded by David Yim. He spent nearly 20 years in developmental disability services, starting as a Direct Support Professional and ultimately serving as Divisional Vice President, where he oversaw services for thousands of families. He holds a master's degree with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. His experience spans services across 14 of California's 21 regional centers.
